Tata Motors — 2821 Tata 4 Cylinder Tata Engine commercial truck

Tata motors experimented with 4 cylinders TATA engine which has failed miserably.
But the cost is paid by poor transporters
RN Logistics and Supply Chain Pvt Ltd had purchased 15 of the above vehicles in March 21 and we are suffering from day one
Tata motors doesnt respond to any of our complaints. For every repair they charge. If the new vehicle is in workshop every now and then than how the transporter will pay his vehicle EMIs
the major complaints are
1. Clutch burning
2. Urea sensor not working
We want to return these vehicles

We called you at 3PM today to allow free cost repairs for our vehicle NL01AE8764 which is at Pasco Motors Gurgaon for last four days

You confirmed back that you will look into the matter and will call back in half an hour

We waited for your call till 5 PM and again called you twice with no response from your end

It shows how you neglect your customers who pay you

Nevertheless, I will be taking it up with your higher management to see that you learn your lessons fast

We are not moving out our vehicle from Pasco Gurgaon and filling a case against Tata motors for giving us defective trucks in consumer court
