Sir, I am Suriyakumari and my vehicle Tata Aria reg.no is TN 69 AV 0797. Already i booked my complaint to u. Ur responsibility is very good & fast. Thanking u. From Nagercoil tata motors service center called to me and say about your good will concession amount Rs.10, 000/. But total amount is min.Rs.27, 000/ for A/c compressor replacement. My vehicle running km is 59, 600 only. We using tata vehicles at last 18 years. But in this aria car, comes problem oftenly. In this km, i spent more amount for tata aria repairs. Please increase ur good will amount for me.Thanking u.

I am K.Suriya Kumari. My vehicle no is TN 69 AV 0797. I booked my comlaints and vehicle goes to service. Complaints are solved. But the total amount of service is above Rs.45, 000/-. Your's goodwill concession amount Rs.12000/- is not satisfy to me. I purchased the tata vehicle for low maintainance. But this aria vehicle's maintanance charge is very high and repairs are come oftenly. Please increase my concession amount to me for A/c compressor replacement only. Thanking u.
