I booked a TATA Nexon XZA+ (petrol) on 13th November 2021. The estimated delivery date was 22 January, 2022. After passing over of 5 months from booking date I did not get my car delivered till now. I asked the dealer multiple times regarding the delivery of my car, but they failed to show me any hope. Rather, they told me they have nothing in their hand, it is only company fault. Even I raised complaints to Tata motors customer care. I shall get informed by dealer on time.
For your kind information I paid Rs. 4 lakhs as advance at the time of booking. Required documents are attached herewith.
