I booked Tata nexon XE Green on 08.11.2021 through Sri Laxmi Auto Enterprises India PVT. Ltd.. But I have not got any message or mail regarding allotment of vehicle.
One of my friend booked vehicle on 04th Dec 2021 and after completion of 105 days vehicle delivered on 12th March 2022. I am waiting since 127 days. But vehicle not yet delivered. Tata customer care advised me that kindly contact to Mr. Rangarajan, GM Tata motor Chennai region. I called him many times on his mobile no. [protected]. But he didn't pick my call and not able to give satisfactory reply on WhatsApp chat.
I am a old customer of Tata company. I have purchased many electronics items from Croma, Velachery. I am having SIP of Tata mutual fund and having Term Insurance plan of Rs 1 crore of Tata AIA Life insurance company.
In view of the above, you are requested to look in this matter seriously and investigate the causes of delay of allotment of vehicle and arrange for allotment of my vehicle within 07 days of receipt of this mail. Since I am waiting since 127 days and other people are getting delivery in just 105 days
