Tata Motors — Attend ending to problems while servicing

It has been a sad experience that problems reported during the servicing go unnoticed. a no of times since the purchase, the gear box responded in difficult manner, i was told that with little driving it would smoothen out . but it has failed ..so i approached the service centre to which they said will be looked after. after servicing it seems that problem has lessened but eventually its the same, company official only to perception management with fooling in their area of expertise . recently when i approached the service centre again it was told that there is a problem with the gear box and would require major remix now if the profits are to be earned by only wrong means which it has proven to me then i would advice to take matter to judiciary . no satisfactory maintenance being carried since not allowed to check what maintenance is carried out . no transparency.
