Dear KHT team,
I took the delivery of this car on 1st Dec and shockingly within one month the AV system started shutting down on its own.
I tried to contact Pranjal but couldn't get thru, I thought of the escalating matter at the time of the first service.
I took the car to KHT service station on 22nd Jan and I discussed the seriousness of this matter with service advisor who filled the voucher and to my horror they admitted that Safar AV system has been of issue and they would update the software and if the problem still persists then they will escalate the matter to Tata. I spoke with Rudresh also and advised him of this problem.
Also need to advise that i was told by KHT team that this car was the top end version and that i was told by KHT team that this car was the top end version and it had Harman system but turned out that the car has a vestin system.
The same problem is continuing and it still shuts down and reboots on its own, last week i got a call from KHT service feedback team and i told her that Sahas was supposed to advice on the escalation part and today I got a call saying whats the problem.
I am appalled with the quality issues in the top end version of the car from Tata Motors and if this happens in this car then what would have been happening to others, I want an immediate replacement of either the car or AV system with no excuses or delays.
And i am requesting Srini at Arvind to take this on record before suggesting Tata car to any other employee unless we see some significant step from KHT/ Tata Motors.
