The worst experience with my tata nexon car mh-12paz0903, my car engine was broke down, smoke was coming at bombay central kept in tata's concord motors, worli for 4days, reconfirmed that they have replaced engine, i have been told that engine has been replaced by new one & only old engine number plate is put, today we reached at sholapur at 5 am, reverse gear is not getting in action, ultimately we had to push it neutral, upper lights functioning, leakage of oil in engine, tata nexon worli concorde motors service station, has given worst experience of my life. They were asking for consumable payments of diesel filter, oil filter and oil, i told them engine broke down why you are asking me this charges. I had found one small in my car, crank part, it seem they haven't replace engine. Can tata manufacture engine without number & use old engine plate!!! If tata doesn't replace my car with new one i shall go to consumer court. I shall buy better version of car.

    With due regards, i am to inform you that some days ago we bought 14 nos. Tata zest vehicles for the reason of cab service. But, i have seen that tyre conditions of these vehicles are very poor.in 10000 kms the tyre are not in use conditions. Also to inform you that various mechanical problems are also there in these vehicles. Several times, we go into the service centre but the response from the servicing authority is very low.

    Also to inform you that these vehicles are under emi system and all vehicles emi will pay monthly basis. And moreover, these vehicles are bought under one entrepreneurship.

    In this situation, we seeking your kind attention in this regard to solve these issues, otherwise tata motors goodwill will be down in the market.

    This is for your kind information and necessary action please.

      I have made complaint to tata motors on 14/02/2019 bearing no1-[protected], they have replied in vague and yet my complaint has not solved. I have replied on 21/02/2019, but there is no reply from them. I have intended to move to consume court for deficiency in vehicle given.

      Tata zest vehicle has provided with music system as entertainment, but the company has embedded number of important feature for standard working of car. Now my musical system was not working due to lost pcb board. Due to heavy cost i want to drive car without it. The general manager of supplier dealer has also agreed that car can be run without this. But as the some important feature of the standard working of the car embedded in this system, car cannot be drive as normal driving ie the reverse gear music is not working which is one of the requirement of standard working of the car, as this has embedded in the music system. I have made complaint to the tata motors to provide all these standard feature directly to the car instead of embedding them in the musical system which is not the part other car.

        Sir,
        I have tata tiago hr51bl1875.
        I service my car from multitech motor faridabad haryana 5 days back. They provide 3rd class service as during wheel alignment they drop two nuts of left side back type. The main problem is that after servicing car star missing problem to large extend. No one in the service station listing our problem. At 8.00pm on 22.02.19 my car stop in mid of the road & not start. I m in trouble because of your bad service. And i always recommend people not to any of tata product as they will not provide good service...

          I bought tata tiago xt on 10.11.2018 from banerjee tata burdwan west bengal. Just before delivery i got a call from the dealer that they are providing insurance for national insurance while i was interested for icici lombard. I asked them whether it is cashless or not. They told me its cashless they will give me the support for any problem with the claim.

          Suddenly after seven days later my car met with an accident. I had given my car to body care which is a authorized by banerjee tata burdwan. After that when i had gone to take my car, i came to know that my car insurance with national insurance is not cashless. They asked me to pay rs.22500/- and it will be reimbursed by national insurance. Then i called ceo banerjee tata mr. Animesh & abijeet banerjee (Territory manager, tata motors) told them that they are suppose to provide me cashless insurance as per their tie up with national insurance.

          But now you are saying its not cashless. I have to pay the amount first then it will be reimburshed. Than they told me that they will credited the money from companies account to my account within two days. I will transfer the money to body care & take my car. But its more than a month they have not given any money in my account. Still now they are saying it will resolve by two three days.

          But till date i have not receive my car its lying with body care. The poor service i had provided by banerjee tata dealer of tata motors.

            Manufacturing year 11/2018

            Delivery date : 24 dec

            At the time of delivery itself i feel missing in the engine and inform the dealer. They said its lack of fuel and i refuel it and run about 150 kms. The same is there and on 29 th december i went to derik motors and the technical team there and another dealer workshop trivandrum motors technical team had tried about 8 hours to find the complaint and almost check everything. At the fourth day of buying tata tiago i hv to spend eight hours in workshop for no reason and still they cant sort out solution. I hearby humbly requesting a replace for the same and hope u do the needy asap.

              I have purchased this vehicle tata mega ace for my business. My source of income is from my vehicle but after purchasing this vehicle with running of 200kms vehicle have started facing issues which is still not reconized by technical team of dealership. Since from the day 1 my vehicle have reported 6times and same have not been resolved till date. I am facing lots of issues with this vehicle and jabalpur team is not supporting me to solve this concern. My request is to take this vehicle back from me and provide new vehicle so i can start my earning.

                Hi i have booked vehicle in name of veereswari k. Which was supposed to delivery in last week in whitefield kht motors. Now they are delaying and i have asked 7 seater but they are giving 6 seater and one more is they said seat bench will be fixed once they get that seat from tmo. Then i said please provide in letter head and mail that vol fix later once they get seat. But they are saying can't give in mail like that. How can we trust. Now delivery they didn't stand on their words. But verbal communication how can take 6 seater.

                    I purchased an extended warranty from 'malayalam motors' for my tata tiago vehicle on[protected]. But till now they haven't issued my policy certificate and the warranty booklet. Directly complained to tata but no response yet

                    At first they told me some application problem for punching my warranty. Recently they accepted that they have fund issues. Its not my concern i already paid the amount. I need the booklet and tmsc application should be updated

                      My self jay prakash shaw, join in tc motors (Authorised dealer of tata motors) from 1st jan 2018, worked till oct'2018 end, before leaving the organization, i am given the resignation also serve the notice period, but my salary not credited in my account... After 45 days of leaving the organization, i email to company director mr rohit choudhary to complete my due salary & pf, but they not replied. Also send the mail to tata motors, still not getting any response...

                        I am your customer of tata tigor car which is purchased from nerul, mumbai. The distance of showroom is far away from my residence even though preferred that showroom because since long back the showroom named sudarshan motors, kalyan not refunded my booking amount of 5000 rs. Till as on date, answering that due to tata's policy 5000rs. Penalty on cancellation of car (Tata nexon) which is totally fake. We have requested them to withdraw penalty as my grandfather passed away so i was in great distress and have to postponed the car purchasing but they denied to refund the booking amount hence i'm extending my complaint regarding sudarshan motors, kalyan.

                            Hello, this is vikram dubey from jabalpur (M. P.), i enquired for tata harrier in jabalpur, the call me for test drive but when i reached they refuse me to give test drive by saying driver is not available, but same time they provide test drive to other customers.
                            I went to tata for booking after test drive but the behavior of the dealer was very bad. After this issue i booked hyundai creta.
                            Try trend ur employee for professional behavior.

                              gear shift lag in tiago xza amt version

                              I bought tata tiago xza amt car on 19 march 2018 and now after almost 11 months and 25000 kms o[censored]sage, i am raising this complaint regarding the gear shifting lag in this version. Apart from this issue, the car's performance is excellent. I raised this issue several times with my tata motors service center, but of no use. They one need is positive feedback all the time and that too 10/10 in each parameter.

                              Well, i have earlier also complained several times and it seems to be habit of tata motors authorised dealership (Rsa berkley tata motors chandigarh) to loot customers by charging them illegal charges.
                              What's worst i have never heard back from you on this issue. When handling / logistics charges have been declared invalid by rto, high courts and supreme court of india then why charge the same from the customer? Don't you know that what is ex-showoom price?

                              An ex-showoom price includes all cost at the point of sale. Handling / logistics charges are to be paid by dealer itself, why customer pay for it. I am so much angry and furious over your customer relationship management. I booked the harrier on the very first day 15 october 2018 and the way i have been treated so far the dealership i would rate 0/10. That's what you deserve. Everytime i had to followup with them. What are they? Are they my boss? I don't give a #.

                              Also, if this is your attitude and you think you can loot and fleece customers by cheap tricks then keep your goddamn harrier with you. I have had enough of of this #. Your dealership is the worst i have ever experienced in my life. Thanks to tata motors for showing me how low can a company fall for the sake of making money.

                              Thanks again tata motors for your so much world class professional (Read pathetic #) service. Remember customer is the king always. I will make all the people aware of the ill treatment given by your professional guys and fleecing customers in the name of illegal charges. I would complain to rto office too. I would take it to the highest level.

                                Would like to share my problem as vehicle (Car - tata tiago xza) below : -

                                As per my long & precious search for bought my new & first car, i had given my all, in the form of precious time, search through online & offline etc.
                                But i have got two to three things those are bothered me a lot!
                                1. Average (13.50 km in city & 17.1 on highways!).
                                Mainly i have bought this amt vehicle for city uses only, but i am very very disappointing through its mileage! Though one of the expert had check/reverify the mileage in the form of test drive on highway.
                                That time it had given 19-20 on highway, but he wasn't tested that in the city.
                                As per company claimed 23.84 km/liter.
                                So now what i have to do, please let me know.
                                I am totally dissatisfied!

                                  मई 2018 में खरीदी गई हेक्सा एक्स टी का रीयर वाइपर टूट जाने के बाद सर्विस सेण्टर गोल्डरश लखनऊ में नये वाइपर की मांग की गई परंतु यह बताया गया कि ये माडल बनना बंद हो गया है। यदि इतने जल्दी स्पेयर पार्ट मिलना बंद हो जायेगा तो इन गाडियों को कोई क्यों खरीदेगा। गोल्डरश द्वारा यह अवगत कराया गया कि चेसिस नं० के आधार पर जो पार्ट आया वह कोम्पटेबल नहीं है, इसका मतलब है कि एसेम्बली लाइन में लापरवाहीं से कार्य किया गया है।
                                  अतः मेरी गाड़ी की वाइपर मशीन बदलवाने का कष्ट करें

                                    I am extremely regretting to inform you that today I feel why do I purchased Tata Nexon Car, "A winner in Extra Safety"l I had saved my life at Mumbai Central Railway Station at 12pm, Just sat in the Car with my friend and suddenly guys waved at us that Smoke is coming from Bonate, We called Tata Motors Customer Road Help 24Hrs, they could not arrange toeing even after 3hrs, Worst experience, they wanted to call toeing vehicle from Bhivandi fior a car in Mumbai Central, I had arranged it from Bajaj Alliance with in 1hr and put the car with Concord Motors, Worli.We found to our surprise that there is Major problem in Engine.How can it happen after the service of just 15000 Kns, purchased on 27th Dec 2017, purchased at Rs 9.5 Lakhs.I feel shivering and thunder shock to seat in the same vehicle again, I hope Tata will give us new Engine.But I still will I be satisfied with Tata Vehicle, Jyoti Madam from Concord Motors, Worli was extremely helpful in Taking care o[censored]s.I feel Tata should replace my Car and see to it that these type of incidences will not repeat again.You can not play with "Human life."If something would have happened for God Sake.then what would Tata do!!

                                      I ranjit borkataki from biswanath chariali, assam bought a tata tiago xt from your dealerasutosh motors, biswanath chariali on 24 october 2018. But till today i had not got my road tax receipt and the number. I have paid an amount of rs. 26, 200 as a road tax to your dealer. If you cannot do the job why you take the responsibilities. To harrash the customers? I have talk with the dealer but when i call them they tell that it will be done by tomorrow. Now i am confused that what to do now. If they cannot do the job they should refund my money. As it has crossed 3 month, now i will have to pay fine in dto if i go to dto to do my registration. It is so excitement to take a vehicle, but if i cannot go with my family to visit any places due to registration what is the purpose of buying the vehicle. I was not expecting such incident from tata such a big company. If it was known to me before buying the vehicle i would never go for tata. I will never tell my friends, relatives, colleagues to go for tata for such incident.

                                      Kindly, help me with the incidents that is happening with me and it should not be happen with any other customers.
