I have bought a tata tigor from your navsari tata showroom. The sales officer mr sagar has been very unkind and hardspoken with us. There was a mistake in the registraion slip for rto provided by showroom. The place of supply was mentioned valsad instead of navsari as we had informed and given all our residential proofs of navsari dist. When we went to rto office they said the slip is not valid for passing my car. So i called mr sagar that the slip is wrong and please correct it and provide us with a new slip mentioned navsari in it. So firstly he said you give some money (Bribe) to rto officer he will get your job done. When we went to meet him and told him about the mistake done by you and please correct it because my car will not get a number plate fixed by rto. Then without consulting or talking to any one in the company he directly denied to slove the issue. And said now this can not be done. So was it our fault that the registration slip issued wrong by your showroom? And despite guiding or helping us about solving the issue he said now nothing can be done. And his behaviour was very rude and harsh during this conversation. And we felt we did a big mistake by purchasing the car from rathod motors. So i m writing this mail to take in to your knwoledge the bad experience we had with rathod motors.
