This is for every one who wants to buy a tata zest or owns a zest. This is my experience with the company. I belong to surat and had purchased tata zest. Thought its and indian company. So i purchased it in year 2015. After one year I realised that "Shreeji Automart Surat" has completely cheated me . The variant i purchased was XM Petrol. One year went well. This year when I got my insurance papers, as I took a loan from tata finance, my loan was inclusive of insurance. The company cheated me in very first year by giving another policy along with the one I got. The hights were yet to come my car met with a small accident. When i took the car to service centre they said it will take 10 days the car was given after 27 days. The car was delivered with a problem where head lamps were not working and i had to drive back home. I risked my life because of the negligence of the tata service centre. I believed its big brand with group of highly efficient trained people, but shortly I realised my mistake. If you own a tata zest try this, when ever you get your car refuelled see the limit being shown, and then unplug the battery power you will find the limit has drastically changed. No cure and answer for this at service centre. From area manger to sales man the company has chosen the group of lethargic people devoted to excuses. No answer, no solution. My vehicle no is GJ5 JK 9773. My suggestions to company people is, we customers are not fools. Kindly don't play with someones life your fault could be end of someones life.
