Hello I have tata zest which is in warranty, few days back my car was not starting so i complain in road side assistance after that my car was towed to Autopoint dealer, where they said there is starter problem (water come in starter) and they charged my battery,
after seven day same problem occur and i call shreeji motor and they towed my car, after service they told that my car battery is not same which was given during my car purchase, and neither autopoint nor shreeji are ready to accept who change my battery.
My car is in warranty, i have never given my car to any other local place to service, my car is regularly service in authorized service station only. i have also purchased gold service pack from company.
Please resolve my issue my car is in company from seven days, i want new good battery, it is your responsibility to do.
I have called Autopoint dealer to give me battery number which they have recharged, they are telling that they have not write the number, and im sure that my battery was tata green even i have warranty card for same, Now the battery is exide
