Tata Motors — Battery problem

I purchased TATA NANO LX MODEL Having registration No. GJ1 KM-7355 in the year 2011 end from ASPI MOTORS AHMEDABAD and within 3 years battery has gone. Last month got repaired from ASPI motors first they said that battery needs to replace and then they charged the battery and said this battery is working. Every time when there is break down they charge Rs 400 for towing the vehicle/ Really fed up with TATA NANO for frequent problem of break down and we have to pay towing charges repeatedly. Vehile is lying at my home with battery down again. Request tata nano company to replace new battery free of cost.
