I bought my car on May 2022 and during the delivery of my car Kropex Auto CRM told that there is 18months of warranty for the battery. On 17th-October-2023 the car battery dead and not able to restart the car. I called Tata Motors customer care no. [protected], they confirmed me that battery warranty is there for 18months from the date of purchase and requested me to go the car dealer. I have handed over my car at Kropex auto on 18-October-2023. Where there was no response from the Kropex auto for 9days. After having several call to Tata motors customer care and Kropex auto and since there was no response. I have asked them to return the car. Even Tata Motors Service person did not help me. I was feeling that Tata motors was working in the favor of Kropex auto not the customer.
Finally, Kropex auto started offering the Battey replacement with cost of Rs.3000/-
If the warranty is there then why i should pay i single rupees.
That why i have opted to replace the battery outside. I was having a trust on Tata Motors but now, all the trust is broken.
The only thing i can say is there no guaranty for the warranty provided by Tata Motors.
