Tata Motors — behaviour issue | |||||
Dear sir/ma'am I would like to inform you that i had visited your tata motors finance, manga pantry nagar, meerut regarding ecs charge deduction from account. Their i met a person named vikas serena, he was very rude with me and denied to help me also he committed that i can complain against him anywhere. He said talk to branch manager alok sharma but mr. Sharma did not receive my call on multiple attempts. How can these person behave like this with a customer.. M helpless there... Kindly look into the matter and give a feedback to these persons to help the customers. Ecs charger are not correctly deducted from my account.. High amounts deducted from my account from july month.
