I have purchased TATA vista on 28th May 2014 Jai Ganesh Motors, Rajkot. obtain service 1 st service from Jai Ganesh and then after jai Ganesh motors stopped selling cars and service center. I got second service in November 2014 from authorised service center Elite Motors, Rajkot and I told regarding bonnet lock problem. they inform me due to new start of service center they have no stock spares will be replaced within a week. frequently I follow up but they told they have no stock when they receive replaced in warranty. when I put my car for third service on 23rd May 2015, the told it is not in warranty and for replacement will be on chargeable basis. i also agree for paying charge but unfortunately they not replaced. I would like to know from the beginning bonnet opening problem informed and not getting resolved why such promise passed to customer for replacement during warranty?
my car number is GJ-3 FD-9010 on the name of my wife Hasumatiben Parekh.
request to resolve my complaint in warranty. I have paid Rs.2300/- towards replacement of oil, oil filter and air filter as per service norms.
