Tata Motors — Booking amount has not refunded

Dear sir,

I, boopeshwar g has booked tata nexon top end model on concorde motors, ambattur industrial estate, chennai, tamil nadu, india by paying booking amount value rs.10, 000/-. They failed to arrange finance for my vehicle. So i cancelled my booking and request them to refund my booking amount. Till date i didn't got my amount. Still they are saying that it is in processing. This kinda customer support i didn't expect from a reputed car makers. This is really disappointing. Almost am following for more than 6 months and visited showroom multiple times. Still am being ignored by them.
