Sir,
St michael school govindpur kanker had ordered two school buses a month before
And we got the bus by 12 june. The two buses are of 912 chassis. The school management is extremely felt very bad to see the quality of the two buses. Though the company representatives had given number of promises and guarantees
There are lots of drawbacks found in the bus
1. The flooring of bus is done with cheep ply which will be damaged in short term
2 painting is not perfect. The layer is already bulging
3. Driver side doors are not fixed properly
4. Front bonnet also is made with some cheap material. Not strong.
Front head lights are not fixed properly

Or else we will move to the consumer forum for justice .

Updated by Jomon periyottu Because the school has taken huge loans to meet the expenses .therefore its our humble request to the company to compensate. The supporting documents if you demand we will send.
