Tata Motors — bus/no service given at the time of current dismissal and vehicle breakdown

It is very disappointing to bring under your attention that absolutely no service was given yesterday when our tata public transportation bus suffered a sudden current dismissal issue. It happened yesterday in the morning at around 10 am now it has been more than a day and there is no help or assistance provided by the bhadrabad, roorkee road haridwar service station where this incident took place. How dissatisfactory it is to know that no assistance is as yet provided.
