I had pre-booked a Tata Altroz DCA on 8th March 2022 via official online methods provided by Tata Motors and has selected Wasan Motors Chembur as the dealer. Later owing to some unforeseen circumstances on my personal front I had to initiate a cancellation and refund of the said pre-booked car on 17th April, 2022 and was regularly and still am in touch with both the Tata Motors Customer Care and the Sales Executives and Help Desk from Wasan Motors Chembur but unfortunately to this date I have had no updates regarding the cancellation of the pre-booked car nor the refund there have been minimal to no communications from either of the mentioned parties regarding this matter.
Hence I sincerely an seeking for this matter to be resolved as early as possible as it will now be almost two exact months wherein I am still stuck with no updates, no communications about the cancellation nor the refund.
