Tata Motors — Cancellation due to defects in car

Recently i have booked a tata nexon XZA+ (Petrol manual) from ZEDEX motors Gurgaon (India) by giving an advance of rs. 11, 000/- on 21.08.2022. During PDI I found that, the car is defective, the paints are not proper and engine is making noise. Then I talked to the executive (Babuli Yadav) regarding all the defects and the condition of car. She assured me refund within 14 days. On 25.08.2022 I have mailed the cancelled cheque and booking receipt and mentioned all the details of refund.
Now, today is 12.09.2022 but I haven't received my refund nor they are giving me proper reply. Executive Babuli Yadav, transferred our case in account's department and here executive deepti is saying that, I have just received your file and will refund you but nobody is giving me a particular date. Meanwhile, I have already booked Tata Nexon xya+ from Faridabad. I request you to kindly look into the matter.
