Tata Motors — Car booking but car not delivery

Address:F-422B Gali NO-8 8 Ganga Vihar,

I have booked tata punch pure SUV car on 31.10.2021 in the name of Ms. Pooja from Sab Motor Pvt. Ltd K.H No. 702/703 Amar colony HCMR complex Wazirabad Road Gokalpuri Shahadara Delhi 110094. The representative of the above said showroom told us that the delivery of the vichel will be make before 22.11.2021. But shill their no hope of delivery due to Mr. Vikas Rai. This is so painful for me because I have booked this car for my marriage purpose and given Rs. 21000/- booking amount so please take the necessary action at carliest. Booking documents attached this mail.
