Tata Motors — Car break down no response under guarantee

My Tata EV nexon reg number MH02FU8254 is under breakdown
Recently purchased from Puneet motors, Worli mumbai .
Nobody is responding since last 48 hours even after lodging complaint at customer service and Puneet motors .
I am very much worried I made a wrong decision of buying Tata motors car.
