[Resolved]  Tata Motors — car not rectified and not delivered on time

Dear sir
I am the owner of Tata safari 2.2 vtti made by good company TATA .
I had no problem with the car and the service from 2008 till midd of 2018 then i got problem with AC in my car so i went and gave my car for suspension and ac repair in veerprabhu service center on[protected]. Then they told me that you AC is been rectified as they found the gas(R134A) was less and charged Rs.2124 for gas filling and Rs.250 for checking the whole system and said now its fine . As that was in time of December so couldn't find its been rectified or not and we dont use this car much we drive maximum of 500km in a month so couldn't find now slowly -2 we found that cooling is totally gone. Then when i went to workshop in month of April on[protected] then told about several problem which were related to wheel alignment and ac again.
Everything was checked and said plz go and check now forward left hand side tyre was 3 degree deflected from the fwd right hand side when i told this thing they said we dont have mechanic so wait after waiting for whole day they said sir now You wheel aliment can be done, but they cannot make sure because there wheel alignment machine was not working, told me to do alignment outside when i went out found its the same my left tyre was in same problem and they didn't repair it and AC cannot be repaired today because we dont have mechanic so wait for few days, i told i need to go for vacation so they said will revert soon . No call came for 15 days so i went again with same problem they tried and rectified my tyre problem sir you all will be surprised to know 2 left and right side nut bolts were in loose condition and by god grace i was driving the car with that loose nut bolts how funny and same for AC we dont have mechanic then when i went to higher authority they told you can bring you car on 1st and it will be repaired by 2nd of june wheni told that i did booking for hotels they said dont worry it will be done by 2nd evening so i gave my car on 31 of April only so that work can be done by 2nd, but when i went on 2nd they didn't repair when i asked they said sir there was some issue with parts so we will do it by 3rd of june i said sir please try to understand we booked all hotels etc so now there will be a loss of around Rs.45000 please repair it .When i went on 3rd they said we are doing it cannot we done by 3rd when i told about my booking and all and told that will complaint about my situation to higher authority they said ok will give you car by 11:30 to 12:00 am can you people come ? we said ok we will, as told we wejt to take car @12:30 am on 4th can everyone believe in world were we have pick and drop facility we went to take car around 12 am thats ok because we needed to go as we booked our hotels but they were delivering car without checking it properly, when we checked we found that in back side AC there was no flow of AC air when asked them they stated saying this is normal there is normally no flow in back side when i asked that why they hav given this if there has to be no flow in this and as i asked it was having good flow before they started checking in other safari cars in workshop after they found yes there is the problem there should be a flow but its not there when i asked manager now what to be done he said sir i cant do anything what ever you want to do can do ?
i was like what and why ?
now i dont want only my car till i get my refund for hotels and all why i suffered when i asked that will my car be delivered by 2nd evening then only take it and such a rude behaviour and why i need to be in such a problem when i gave all my time and dedication because we all believe in TATA.
Now what to be done ?

When I went for car delivery, car has dent and scratches. Still they are saying to take this car they will repair it.. worst experience with Tata motors
I have purchased tata tiago xt model. But fuel average of this car is very poor.Three times service is completed When I complained releted this issues all times have no solution.

So I suggest to customer don't buy this car as well as any tata car because of the service is also very bad.
