This is to bring to your urgent notice that I had given my car-- Tata Indigo ECS VX bearing registration no BR10S5544--for repairs at your workshop at Yasraj Motors, Darbhanga on 05.04.2024.The estimated delivery date was 15.04 2024.
Today is 25.04.2024, yet I have not received the delivery of my car, despite repeated reminders to the persons concerned.Everytime they are making excuses about the non-availability of the required spare parts.
Due to this delay, I am suffering many problems every day.
Therefore, I would be most grateful if you would look into this matter and expedite it at the earliest.Please find herewith the attached Job Slip for your kind information.
