Undoubtedly the car I purchased from the showroom is very good. However, my experience from the workshop has been extremely poor so far. My first major Service was heavily priced Rd 6700 approx and without even car being washed properly. When complained no response was received. Even AC Service claims were all false since it was never faulty being a new car and very less used. But this is the reality with TAG motors unfortunately.
My 2nd paid minore Service was very poorly Services and the supervisor switched off his cell after taking the payment leaving me in wait for 6 super stressed hours before I finally got the delivery at 11 pm after multi level Escalations. Poor Tata, despite everything they hv nothing. Jago Tata Jaago. Learn something from Maruti. They hv the best in class Service despite giving bad products. Was this information helpful? |
