Dear Sir,
I got delivery of TATA TIGOR ICNG 2022 from Dada Motors ludhiana on 24 March 2022
As per Instructions I visited the showroom on 9April2022 for 1st Service after completing 2000kms run. After few days I saw that AC of my car was not working So due to this inconvenience I visited the showroom again to make a check where they made me know that the
*An AC pipe was damaged due to rubbing with some wire of battry
That they repaired and handed over me the car on the next day
*Later again I experienced a loud annoying cabin noise (water boiling like sound) from Ac vents .For which I again approached the service head
*So this was the adjacently 4th day of this harrassment, while I got my Car back after pipe fitting
The AC issue that was occured due to
*A manufacturing defect where wire was not checked even in first service that was touching to the pipe and causing friction
*A weak PDI was done while delivering my Car
NOW A NEW ISSUE HAS ARISE :-
The driver side window has stuck without any reason
It is opening from inside but not from the outside which is again causing me to go through the vicious cycle of harrasment again
That would un bearable for me.
Through all this hassel:-
* I had to take leave from my work to take the car to showroom again and again which costed me huge (while AC issue)
*A harrassment being faced by me due to NO MISTAKE done by me but only by TATA
*This is a pure in-just done to me as a First time TATA customer
