SUB: CHANGE OF MY VEHICLE NO (MH46 – AP – 1955) MAKE TATA NANO (CNG)
Dear Sir,
I would like to bring you in your notice of my problem as a TATA NANO customer for favourable action and help please.
The story start with booking of new TATA NANO (CNG). I am allready using TATA NANO (Special Addition) (MH 46 – W- 2721)since Three and Half year. Performance of NANO is excellent which made me to buy one more NANO.
I have visited to book NANO vehicle to my nearest TATA deler FOURTUNE MOTORS at Palaspe, Dist Raigad. Being as old customer welcome was very poor as they were not must intrested. They should guid us in details but only they reply as what I asked. I booked New TATA NANO (CNG) in month of August 2015 after paying Rs 10000/- and apply for loan in SBI Bank. Bank also given sanction letter on next day to me which one I have handed over to deler. Still they have not proceded to book and give me chessis no which one required for bank loan purpose. There after total Rs One Lakh I handed over to deler, still they says untill unless bank can not transfer fund amount we can not proceed further. Atlast bank has transfer full amount to deler. Along with that I have paid extra amount for assesories which they told me to pay for fixing Fog Lamp, central locking and Keyless entry. They have given me all assosories except FOG LAMP. Money I have given to fix FOG LAMP but they are not bother to do the work. As my money is still with them. For all this I have to call many times but never got satisfactory answer. Everytime I have called them 10 times for one work. I never received any call from deler for any information or updates.
My bank started deducting my EMI regularly even they have not handedover my vehicle to me. I was behand them telling that why I should pay my intrest to bank without using vehicle. One day they promise me that they will bear the EMI amount but so far no one is intrested to contact me.
Another big story is lastly they handedover a vehicle to me (MH 46 – AP - 1955). When I started using my car I found that it's gear box is defective. I have shown vehicle to them and they told me that it will be Ok after first servicing. When I done first servicing than also the problem is not solved. It was very hard for me to be behand them. No one is doing satisfactory work. Lastly I told them if you will not help me to get gear box changed I will donate my vehicle back to TATA MOTORS. I also do not know that how many times I have visited to Fortune Motors to Palaspe & Nerul (Navi Mumbai). After inspecting by TATA adviser also they were not happy to do the job. When I threateen them that I will report this matter to higher authority they done the job which is still not satisfatory.
After doing this job not even two week passed my vehicle got suddenly breakdown on the road in running condition. Again I took my vehicle to worshop of Fortune Motors. They have taken one more day to rectify and handedover to me after doing job. As soon as I reached near to my home not even 5 kms drive my vehicle got breakdown. Now I have handed over my car to Fortune Motors for rectifing the problem. Now my car is still in their workshop.
Sir, after this story my question is that why TATA MOTORS is giving faulty car to customer. Sir as I am Ex Defence solder its my hard earing money and that is also paying loan intrest without using this faulty car. Kindly if you can help me to change my car it will be greatful. I am not going to take my car back till your reply.
