Tata Motors — Cheating- Not delivering promised vehicle | |||
I have purchased the Tata Altroz XT i-Turbo MT variant from the dealer Zedex Mobility (A unit of Phytron Mobility Private Limited) on the occasion of my own wedding. Booking amount paid on: 08/06/2021 Promised Delivery Date: 25/06/2021 I duly informed the sales executive Mr Jay that I am purchasing this vehicle for my own wedding hence need delivery on time and they didn't give me any discount mentioning that they are the only dealer in NCR who can deliver the vehicle on time and I agreed for it as having a car before the wedding was o[censored]tmost necessity for me and my family. On 21st June they told me that Car is already on the way and left the Gujrat plant two days ago and there is no delay in delivery. I didn't receive any calls from their side after paying the booking amount and every time I called they just keep on giving excuses that the car is on the way and will update me in a day or two. Today, on 3rd July, after 8 days of the promised delivery date they are telling me that they don't have this car and cannot provide it and giving me the chassis number of a higher model to purchase it. This is a clear case of forgery and cheating genuine customers who believe in the brand value of Indian car makers like Tata Motors. Even after a month of paying the booking amount, there is no concrete delivery date from the company's side. Was this information helpful? | |||
