Tata Motors — Chronic failure of power windows

My car bearing ref no KA55M2099 is having chronic failures from last 5 yrs. From that day I have replaced various times power Windows & its components with 10, 000 INR being spent excl the initial investment. Today I called cust care as the power Windows are down & not coming up no help was offered reason picked was vehicle isn't under breakdown
