Recently, I observed a defect in the car's gear box, and when I took it to the workshop, I was informed that the entire gearbox needs to be replaced, which would cost approximately 1 lakh rupees. I am extremely disappointed as I have driven the car for only 21, 000 km, and the gearbox should not have gone bad within two years of purchase.
I have been a loyal customer of Tata Motors for many years, and I have always had a good experience with your products. However, this incident has left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with the quality of the car. As a customer, I believe that I deserve better, and I would like to request you to take prompt action in this regard.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide me with a resolution to the issue at the earliest. I urge you to take the necessary steps to rectify the defect and restore my faith in your brand.
