Tata Motors — Complaint against car insurance renewal

Hi team,
I wanted to register a complaint against Mrs Manjetha(Tata heritage motors Panvel -Maharashtra)

We have approached Tata heritage motors for Our car insurance renewal and Manjetha guided us on the same.

We paid the insurance amount on 15th June 2023 and have provided all the transaction details to Manjeetha to proceed for renewal of the policy.

My car insurance policy is expiring on 16th June and she has not yet renewed the policy even after providing all the details and multiple followups .

She is being telling from 15th June that she will renew but she has not yet renewed the policy and she is not responding now on calls/msg.
I have paid an amount of Rs 33, 111.
