[Resolved]  Tata Motors — complaint against faulty tata tiago

I bought a tata tiago on 12th july, 2018 and i was very disappointed that the a/c of my brand new car stopped working only a week later on 19th july, 2018. At the service center, we were told that the gas had leaked from the a/c as a result of the suction pipe getting damaged and cut because of improper gap between the pipe and the gear mounting. I bought the car from malwa motors, prashant vihar, delhi. Though the issue has been sorted now but i am thoroughly disappointed with the product and the dealer too as they were constantly delaying my request. Their consumer handling is also very slow because of which, i ultimately had to get the pipe changed from other tata service center (Concorde motors, peeragarhi, delhi). Also the dash board of my brand new car was leaning towards one side and was not being closed properly. Is this what tata has to offer in a brand new car? This was my first tata car as i have always bought maruti and i bought tiago on it's face value and believing that it's a tata product so it would be good. But i was thoroughly disappointed much to my regret. I faced these problems within the first week and even after getting them fixed, i am not convinced that the same problems or any more problems will not reappear.
