User a.h.deshpande on Nov 21, 2014 My TATA Zest Car Registration No:-MH 31 EK/6573 has damage its front Portion due to an accident.and it admitted to your MIDC Hingna Work Shop for Cashless Insurance, All formalities are already completed on dt.04.11.14 (Time 17.00 hrs ) But the Service center said that the spare parts are not available and also Not Supplied by the Pune Work Shop. I own a Tata Zest XMA, in fact received mine on the 4th Nov. My question to you is: is the car has been at Tata workshop since 4th Nov (for 2 weeks) ? The car itself is manufactured in Pune itself from what I know and if you do not get the spare parts then people like us in Hyderabad will have a horrible experience during any service or repair.
