Tata Motors — complaint against the services & response at showroom | |||
M/s concorde motors - the smartness in the sales executives is lacking. The service levels are poor. The show room suggested the banker (Axis) which is use less. The branch manger is least bothered about the issue of the customer who has already purchased the car. Even after number of calls and complaints to branch manger is not at all bothering. It is responsibility of the show room to engage right people / right bank to the customer. The show room is filled with all inefficient people who are not doing their job properly in turn causing problem to the people. The services provided by the show room are very poor and need lot of improvement & professionalism in them to gain good name. The other car brands are providing good response and service to the customer. Here show room person are bothered till the customer purchase car. Once the downpayment is made, then they are least bothered. Its almost a month now, the registration process is not completed. I gave many reminders but no one is bothered. Why do we suggest tata for friends and relatives if the services are like this. The sales could have been more if they give proper response to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
