I hv done my complaint regarding the faluare of cluch system of our tata neno automatic vehicle no. Mo 04 cr 1724 on 17/6/17 on ur customer care no [protected]. My vehicle is standing at veer motors hoshangabad road bhopal since 7 june for rectification of faluare of automatic gear shifting, till now i have not get any proper respons and rectification of my vehicle complaint.
Vehicle has run only around 6000 km.
Ur customer care officer told me on 17 june that he will arrange a call back from tata to me but sorry to say nothing happen.
Do need full immediately and up date me.

Whenever I give my car to solve one problem they sent the car back with additional problem to it. This had happened 6 to 7 times in a row and still the service engineer are not able to do anything fed up with the car and Tata service
