I have bought the tata zest on 30th april 2017 and facing lot of troubles with this new car from the initial period itself. I have suffered a lot, this car has taken my piece of mind. I want tata to take this car back and want my money back with the compensation for the harassment and the pain i have gone through since last 6 months.
I have purchase a new car on 30th april 2017 and face 1st problem on 6th july 2017 that my ac is not working, i went to sagar motors noida with the hope that they will solve the problem and again i can enjoy my new car they test and said that we have refile the ac gas rest everything is ok, so i was happy that no prob, issue is resolved but that happiness doesn't last long again on 9th oct 2017 i faced same issue my ac is not working (No cooling). They have tested and not able to find the exact cause and again done the refiling of ac gas, but after escalating they have asked me that they need to look into the issue so they required some time. So yesterday i call mr. Lalit that they can take my car and find the problem, and resolved it. One of the representative of sagar motor noida came and taken the car, but after that i am taking the feedback about my car but non of the sagar motor noida official is updating me. I have called mr nishu who is looking after the car earlier he has given me a call and not having the update that what was the issue. Totally unprofessional behavior by the team.
I want to request tata motors to solve the problem once and for all and please provide update. I want some one from tata motors to help me in this. And if the issue still arise then what will be the next steps, because after purchasing a new car i can't expect that every three months i am visiting tata motors service center for the same issue.
I also need the escalation matrix from tata motors representative. So please share the same. I want to know that what qc check they have done. Was this information helpful? |
