I have bought new Tata Altroz XM variant on January 2021. It was really a frustrated experience of my vehicle delivery.
1) Sales executive was irresponsible. Once the loan amount get transferred in to their accounts there is no proper response from him.
2) On the date of delivery vehicle was not delivered on right time. Reason behind this was vehicle keys get stuck inside the vehicle and the centre was on. This was due to the carelessness of the mechanic.
3) Fast tag sim opened for my vehicle was not handed over to me . The fast tag sim was missing but charges were collected for fast tag by the sales executive.
4) I paid for vehicle accessories such as floor mat and mud pad but at the time of delivery it was missing.
5) After one month from the date of my vehicle delivery I went to that showroom for first service. I am in need of number plates and RC book of my vehicle from RTO office. Once I asked about this to my sales executive, he doesn't respond properly and he avoided my call. I have contacted the head office of SRT Tata coimbatore and received my number plates and RC book at my own risk.
Overall I have worst experience of my first car delivery from SRT Tata showroom Tiruppur. Was this information helpful? |
