Hello Team,
I have bought the Zest on July 3rd 2015, but I am not happy with the car as so many problems I have faced in this car. I have raised this concern with Tata Motors and not a single reply I got from them, everytime they send a mechanic who does nothing except talking and drive away. Last time they were suppose to take my car to the workshop but they came, wasted my time and went off.
I wrote a mail to Tata Motors as below which I got no reply. Please help me out.
"Hello Team,
The worst decision I have taken so far in life I guess by buying Zest.
Now the next round of issues are...
1. Brake Noise problem.
2.Fuel Lid opening problem
3.Lighter charging point not working
4.Reverse parking sensors not working when the car is on rolling reverse condition.
5.Sometime gear lever becomes so hard, forgot whether its a car or a truck.
6.Vibration.
7.Absolutely poor mileage.(11.5 - Max 13.5 without A.c)
Now tell me if you would have bought a car with 8L rupees and within 2 months under 2000Kms facing these kind of issues, what you will ask for?
I am asking to take this car back... and return my money ... otherwise I will go to the consumer court ..that will not be a image building factor for you.
Even I am warning you guys that I will put these to all the portals as well so that other people should not waste their hard earn money in buying this top to bottom faulty car.
