Tata Motors — complaint regarding enormous delay to repair my car. | |||||
I, dr aniruddha s. Dongare, staying at dapoli, dist ratnagiri, maharashtra (Pin code 415712), am a proud owner of tata tiago xm (Diesel). Im using the car since july’ 17. On september 30th, my car suddenly got immobilised with ineffectual starting. This problem was not really expected from a brand new car of a brand new model. So, i immediatelty contacted 24x7 breakdown service of tata motors for assistance and registered a complaint regarding the same. My complaint was soon responded by breakdown assistance department with towing my car to the nearest authorised dealer (Bhandari motors, mahad, dist raigad) on 1st of october. I was really happy with their prompt response and was presuming that i will punctually get the problem solved. Since then i am awaiting for a propitious reply from the repairer. Since my car is consigned with bhandari motors, mahad, i am in continuous contact with their pro and breakdown service department, with a phone call or two, almost daily. Nevertheless, i am not been satisfactorily replied. It’s 19th day today, which is the extremity of delay, since the car is under the process of reconditioning. I rely on my car for giving timely service to my patients and apart from the monumental inconvenience engendered by unnecessary delay caused by the service providers, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.
