I have a Tigor petrol XT variant car of 2018 year with registration number DL12CN0723. About 15 days before while i was driving the car, all of a sudden the car stopped taking race. Hence the car was sent to Hartron Motors, Sector 18, Gurgaon on 16 Mar 21 for rectification. Spark plug, clip stay rod clamp and BG air induction system were replaced. The car has not been much used since then and been working fine till this evening when I returned from office without any problem at around 6:15 PM. However, after about 30 minutes I needed to pick up my wife from nearby place and when I tried to start the car but it did not start. Engine shaped fault symbol is appearing. When I contacted the service adviser at Hartron Motors Mr Shyam Lal Yadav regarding this, he advised me to connect with Tata Motors toll free number for assistance.
My concern is that if the car was serviced just 15 days before, this kind of problem should have not occurred thereby poor reliability of the car.
I request you to kindly direct Hartron Motors to attend to the car and rectify the fault without any charge since the car attended to by this agency just 15 days before.
