Tata Motors — Complaint regarding refund of my booking and downpayment of tata tiago XT from Chengalpattu showroom

I have booked tata tiago XT variant from Sree gokulam motors Chengalpattu showroom on 18/12/21.i have emailed for cancellation of booking on 14/12/21.email sent to [protected]@gokulammotors.com and tl6gokulammotors.com as told by the showroom people.Till now I haven't received any refund of my booking amount and downpayment.also no response from anyone.total refund is 40000rs(11000 booking amount and 29000 downpayment).kindly look into this matter and do the needful
