Tata Motors — customer harassment and insult | |||||
Dear sir I had purchased a tata zes from classic motors dhanbad on 17th sep 2016 and from that day i am suffering being a tata castumer, dealer had taken 28000 k rs from me for insurance and at that time it was free, 2-classic motors did my 2nd foc service and not updated in your system 3-as details are not updated in system, your newly appointed service center denyied to take my vehicle in foc service 4-ss gen motors forsing me for service and calling me for a part replacement, and i visited them today and when they came to know that i hadalready done 2nd service they told me that part is not available which was suppose to change foc due to bs4 norms, as they can not take money from me. Sir wahre is my fault — is my vehicle is not registerred with tata or i am a poor castumer who believed in you, if it is i am extreemly sorry to be a tata castumer.
