Horrible service, unprofessional staff, immature behaviour, low dealings, nil customer satisfaction.
The company doesnt care about their customers and their satisfaction.
We call them ourselves for service due and remind them.
Further service is horrible. Yesterday i had my car serviced after so many reminder calls to tata autovikas moti nagar. One staff member javed was apointment, the car was serviced so horribly that my engine oil broke the next day at gurgoan highway, oil filter broke. They forgot to lock the filter. So unprofessional. Hate it. Never buying tata again and recommend all not to purchase it ever.
