Updated by AnjuAmal We have placed an order for TATA Altroz xe1.2 RTN BS6 on 1st September 2020 (1/9/2020)for 6, 10, 000 from Malayalam motors muvattupuzha kerala. But even after 40 days from the date of purchase there is no response from the dealers.Then after regular visit and making calls over phone the same was delivered on 28/10/2020 for 6, 27, 620 with out fitting the mudflap . The car was there for last 8 days, but they hadn't done the temporary registration procedure and it was done by our own risk. After delivery on road the front mirror on right side fell down.It is very sad to say that the customer service is very bad.They neglected the urgency of the customer.please do necessary action for the bitter moments experienced by us.Hope for the best. The details of the complaints are enclosed herewith
