Tata Motors — dashboard and shocks up sounds

I have purchased tata tigor xz version i have complained at every services that car making sounds in dashboard and at shock absorber sides but that problem not solved by the showroom they tell me we can solve it in next service how i can manage it.
Please solve my problem to make sure me that tata motor's is the family not only manufacturer company like others. Thanks you
