2nd January 2022 I have got delivery of my vehicle Tata tigor ev through heritage motors ghodbunder branch.
In which various issues were present like vehicle was not neat and clean. Engine/motor part was containing spyder nets. Dicky Matting was without lock. Petrol lock pannel was weak.
Out of which when we moved ahead and made it realised that it's our first EV car so we will sort out things at time of our first service which is on our 5000kms as informed by dealership.
Within 1& half months of period of time
We faced battery charging issue on 26th February the vehicle charging stopped.
We contacted the dealership at Ghodbunder branch they tried to help out but vehicle dint charged.
We then tried in fast charging then too we got fail to charge it.
I personally was recommended through ghodbunder branch to update the service team of heritage motors in waghle estate. We googled the number and got a contact details of miss nayana bobade. Who was on leave that day so she helped me with contact details of mr liladhar det who is specialist in EV cars she told me.
Mr liladhar denied to visit for help as he was in bhiwandi area on 27th Feb 2022 and he promised me that he will visit next day morning.
Again they failed I waited for him for next 5days. I got visit of him on 5th of March after my 3 follow ups to him and to nayana bobade. On my 3rd follow up I was left helpless so I shouted them to do their job in serious manner and help me out.
On that day liladhar promised me that he will solve the issue on same day but at sunset time he told me he has left himself helpless as a part which he needs to replace is not available with them so soon he is going to make it available and update me.
We stopped the vehicle usage after that and paying our emi dues sincerely as bank is nowhere concerned to this matter.
After local usage of next 25 kms the vehicle a.c. stopped working. So we booked an appointment of servicing along with ac work to get it checked along with battery issue with strict instructions of person or driver to be on time at 9.30 am to collect the vehicle.
Guess what?... The person failed to reach and I got a call from some driver at 11 am and he told me that he would visit and collect the vehicle in next 1 hour i.e by 12 or 12.30 then I told him no need to come I will send the vehicle myself when my driver will be available.
Meanwhile my driver got time on 15th March 2022 to get the vehicle service and repair I sent him to Tata motors heritage motors of waghle estate by confirming with liladhar of his availability and I sent him at 4.pm on 15th of March 2022.
When my driver reached liladhar was not again available and replied me that due to some emergency he has left for bhiwandi and some other guy will help me out.
My driver waited for 2& half hour i.e. till 6.15pm and continuously followups he did to available staff which were nayana bobade along with kaustubh.
They failed to open a bloddy job card
Then at 6.15 I told my driver to leave the vehicle as it is and let us don't pressurise them as may be we have visited the service station at 4 pm which might be not a normal visit time. Then I contacted nayana bobade on telephone and I asked her the timings of re-openind she told me 9.30 am and I requested her to take my vehicle on 1 st instance and get the work complete.
And she again promised to do so.
Next day being a Gentleman I called them again at 10.30 am to whatsapp me the job card and vehicle status.
They handed over the phone to kaustubh.
Then kaustubh hand it over to liladhar and all were just discussing on phone call and also between them all so me liladhar on behind the phone call asked kaustubh to open the job card and take the vehicle inside for the job. Again after couple of hours I realised not a single follow up till now from them regarding vehicle.
I asked my driver to leave all the work and visit the service station as we need the vehicle get it repaired from these fool staffs. He visited the service centre ar 1.50 pm.
The vehicle was standing as it is like before. He kept waiting as he was asked that it is lunch time going on. At 2.30 my driver called me and hand it over the phone to me kaustubh and he was behaving completely blank as if he is not even aware about the vehicle. I got shocked as I was having all the phone call recordings available with me. I asked him about the morning follow up of mine and rest of all things. He lied to me that he was not the person only liladhar is responsible for it and again he is not available.
My driver waited again and then they took the vehicle after continuous follow up of my driver at 3.15 or 3.30 pm.
They opened the job card.
I got seriously unsatisfied with the whole team along with Tata Motors to give me such vehicle which is not working nicely not charging nicely no ac working no hand brake part availability so no charging.
No service centre follow up after booking an appointment .
I at 3.45 pm asked my driver to get the gate pass and bring the vehicle at home. Even if the vehicle stops we will get it toed with our money and get it in our parking slot and now we will claim Tata motors to Re-take the vehicle with them and put it in their ass with their stupid Staffs and refund my hard earned money at any cost.
I will take this case till high court as I need my [censored] money along with bank loan forclosure charges.
As I am not able to use it.
Since 27th February I am dealing with super dumb staff of Tata motors.
Get this stupid service centre shut down.
Or hand it over to some other dealership
And get me my money paid. Lets see now the heart of Tata Motors
