Tata Motors — dealership of solan in h. p. abuse and even not give proper answer about my doubts

I wanna to buy tata nexon and i already put online test drive request to the dealership but customer care of dealership from solan showroom saying me that you are fool and yiu have to come here and finilise the deal with her without knowing the vehicle
