Tata Motors — Defective car received / dealership not able to repair or return

Sir,

I have purchased Harrier and got the delivery on 1st of March 2021. As per sales department bought camo edition accessories kit or worth 269999. As per said by sales team that the accessories will be added a week later to the car as their official technician have visited Pondicherry for the training purpose. I understood that and took harrier to my home. More than one week passed the dealership did not contacted and at last i have to call them again and again for installing the accessories which was already purchased. After 10 days they called and said will install the accessories. When i reached there the dealership person took me to some private / local technician and also sales manager assured that it will be his responsibility if anything wrong happened as i disagreed to install the accessories outside the dealer ship. On asking that where is that guy who were gone for training, they were all blank and said he left the job (what a pleasantry excuse).

After taking whole of my day their technicians were only able to install the front parking sensor, moreover in a wrong way and hence disturbed all the electric sensors of the car itself.
After installing the sensor, the automated driving adjustment stops working, tail light stops working. At the end of the day the managed to make all things back to normal.

When i get back home after 2 days i tried starting my car and it was all down . Due to malfunctioning of electric circuit car's battery was dead and also Car system was showing system malfunctioning.
After that while keeping Car's key in the glove box it show key is not in the range . I made complaint the tech visited and recharged the battery . Next day i took car to the dealership they almost took full day and said issue is resolved .

The problem i left with almost wasting my 24 hours in the dealership even after buying within 2 weeks of car are :
1. sunroof not working properly (malfunctioned)
2.Fuel tank is full but the fuel gauge is not working a bit properly
3. front parking sensors are working on their own
4. While opening and closing the body kit the dealership man almost lost a few nuts from the bonnet and maximum rubber packaging.
5. Cars new battery is getting dead anytime

I mean if the dealership was not having trained technicians then why lied that they will install accessories later . A brand new car get more than 3 problems within a month and even after visiting twice to dealership no resolution has been done.

So giving you a last chance to resolve my problem by 28th of this month if not solved i am surely goanna park that harrier to the dealership and register case in consumer court as per Motor vehicle act in which within One month dealership has to refund all the amount and also highlight the concern to social media i.e. twitter, Instagram and Facebook with all the evidences.
