I regret having purchased TATA Venture model GX. From day 1 of my purchase, it has been giving one or another problem for which I had to send vehicle to their authorized service station at Nagpur for more than 20 times in just one year and drove less than 7000km. Since purchase of this vehicle in the year 2011 until 2016 March it ran just about total 27000 km for which I spent more than Rs. 1, 50, 000/ for spare parts at TATA's authorized service station. Recently the same vehicle has developed overheating problem and kept lying at the Tata's Service station at Jaika Motor, Nagpur for more than one month without any remedial action. They are unable to detect and repair the exact problem and hence unable to commit for delivery of my vehicle. I have given online complaint at Tata's customer number and there also no feed back. Not only I got mental torture since I purchased Tata Venture, I also lost my money on repairs and now lost the vehicle. Is there any one responsible who will look into my grievance and save the image of TATA. I will share my bad experience and discourage to all my known persons for buying Tata car.
