Tata Motors — Delay for vehicle delivery | |||
Hello Sir, I have booked my Tata Nexon XZ+ white on 19th November 2020, they have promised vehicle delivery within 8weeks . After that period was over we called and they said to wait for 12 weeks as the estimated waiting period was extended by Tata Motors Now it's been more than 14 weeks and we haven't received any update regarding our vehicle, whenever we approach the dealer they make fake promises that your car going to be billed inb4-5 days and so I think we have already visited the dealer like 5-6 times putting beside our other work . But still we don't have any information regarding the vehicle . We are just wasting our valuable time and money . This is the scenario before vehicle delivery, I guess what would happen after we take delivery and after sales service. Was this information helpful? | |||

We are facing exactly same problem as Mr. Manoj Kumar is facing. We booked Nexon XM on 24th November 2020. At the time of booking they have promised us they will give delivery within 4-5 weeks. After 4-5 weeks he said waiting period is 12 weeks. Now 14 weeks are over, still dealer says your car going to be billed in 2-3 days and car will come within 10 days. Actually his 10 days are endless, from 1st Jan 2020 he is saying 10 days.
