Tata Motors — Delay in billing of booked vehicle

Dear Sir,

I booked Tata Punch Adventure White colour on 19.10.2021 in Ramagundam at Select motors and assured me it would deliver in November 2021.Dealer never called me regarding delivery and billing updates. I always talked to the dealer with the help of Tata customer care. Four to Five times I talked wth dealer with the help of Tata customer care and the dealer assured me to wait till completion of the waiting period. My maximum waiting period(16 weeks) completed on 19 February 2022. On 08 March I again made a call to customer care and they arrange a conference call with Mr. Sripal Reddy(GM). I was astonished by his reply that your vehicle is Punch Pure and you have to wait. First time I talked to him on 17 December 2021 then he didn’t tell me these things. Today I have completed approximately 5 months then he is telling me all these and denying for price protection. For price protection I mailed on 30December2021 and got a call from a Tata Representative.My last complaint number is[protected].
